Spring Bunnies Garland Tutorial

Step-by-Step Tutorial

1. Cut Out the Bunnies

Trace & Cut: Draw or print a bunny silhouette in your desired size. Trace onto your felt and cut out as many bunnies as you’d like. Make sure to double that amount though so that you have enough for the front and back sides!

Secure and Add Stuffing: Now, take 2 bunny cutouts and lay them perfectly on top of one another. We used hot glue to save time but you can also used thread to sew them together instead. Go almost all the way around, add stuffing, and then finish the whole thing so the stuffing is secure.

Last Touches: Then, take a mini felt ball to use as the bunnies tail, we used hot glue to secure. We also added a bow tie and hair bow to our bunnies!

2. Make Your Bows

Cut it Out: We cut 12"x1" strips of felt to use as the "ribbon" of the bow.

Craft Your Bow: Now, take your strip and tie a bow! There's so many ways to tie a bow you love, find multiple tutorials here. 

3. String Them Together

String Together: We used twine but you can also use 3/8" ribbon or normal string to string your garland together! 

And then you're done!
