Unique Back to School Hair Clip Ideas with Tutorial + FREE SVG!
As summer winds down and the buzz of back-to-school preparations begins, there's no better way to kick off the new school year than with some fun and sparkling accessories. 1. Glitter Apple!
Step 1
Start by cutting out all of your pieces and gathering your supplies.

Next, lay down one side of your apple and add the leaf and stem to be be sticking off the top.
Then take the other side of your apple and hot glue it to line up with the backside!
Step 3
Now, grab your ribbon and wrap it around your hair clip using hot glue to secure it.
Step 4
Then, take your apple and attach it to the center of the clip and you're all done!
Another option is to add the apple to a bow as a centerpiece!
We used our print, Apple Gingham, and we think it turned out great!
2. Smiley!
Step 1
Cut out your shapes and grab all of your supplies!

Step 2
Let's start by heat pressing our smiley face to the felt. We did 30 seconds at 350 degrees.
Step 3
Next, attach your other circle to the back of your smiley face for extra structure!
Step 4
Now, grab your ribbon and wrap it around your hair clip using hot glue to secure it.
Step 5
After that you can take your smiley face and attach it to the center of your clip and you're done!
