Ordering Information

How To Order

Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. If you prefer, you may also order by mail. Simply print out the completed order form and mail it along with your payment to the address shown above.

Questions/Concerns

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM PST.  Should you have questions or concerns regarding your order, or any product related issues, please contact us during these business hours.  All other inquiries or emails received after 2PM EST on Friday will be responded to the following business day.

Payment Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express securely.
   

PayPal including Credit cards through PaPal, eCheck payments and direct pay. 
 

We will also accept personal check and money orders. If paying by personal check, your items will be shipped once the funds have cleared our bank. This usually takes up to a week.

Refunds

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless there is an error in shipment. If you need a sample, please e-mail us with your request.  We will allow exchanges under certain circumstances.  If an exchange is wanted a copy of your original receipt must accompany the return along with a written note on what is to be exchanged.

Overnight Shipments

Any requests for overnight shipments must be submitted by 10AM EST in order for your order to be processed and additionally billed.  Any requests received after this time will be sent via our regular shipping method or taken care the next business day.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 - 72 hours after order is placed; with the exception of orders placed after 2PM on Friday through Sunday; during busier times of the year this turnaround time may range from 48 - 72 hours, but we will make every effort to get your order out within a 24 hour period.  Any orders placed after 4pm CST will not be shipped until the following business day.  A confirmation email is sent once your order has been processed and shipped.  

Orders with large quantities of headbands will need to be custom made and take a few extra days to prepare. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number.

We ship to all 50 states inside the US and APO, FPO addresses.  Orders originating from HI, AK, and PR are subject to additional shipping charges once your shipping totals reach $9.00 if we cannot ship via priority mail due to the weight of your package. A separate invoice will sent to you via email for the balance due should this be the case.

TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE SHIPPING CHARGE

 

We use USPS first class mail for packages $9.99 and under. We use either USPS priority or UPS ground shipping for packages $10 and up, at our discretion, based on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package. If you prefer Priority Shipping for packages under $10, it is available for $5.50.  (UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so please make sure a physical street address is listed in your ship to information.)
